“Why” apply C.O.V.A

I decided to synthesize what I learned from reading by creating a series of short videos.  My first response was that I need to start with “Why.”

In this age of innovation, it is imperative that learning environments are reflective of the ever-changing world around today’s learners. Authentic learning prepares students with the skills necessary to adapt and persevere through many types of challenges in and out of the classroom.

A shift must be made, from a teacher-led instructional model to a student-centered model. Students must learn how to learn.

“We believe that we must inspire and prepare our learners to lead organizational change using technology innovation as a catalyst for enhancing learning.” (D. Harpnuik 2018)
